Ordering Information
Each image is printed to order. If you see an image that you like and need a different size or presentation, please email us at shadowpointart@yahoo.com with your specifications. When the print configuration and size are finalized the payment information will be uploaded to the web site and you can order your print. A proof copy will be prepared and emailed to you prior to actual purchase. Payment will be through Pay Pal. Print sizes retain quality up to and beyond 36” by 60”. It will take two to three weeks to receive an order.
Images when printed may be slightly different in hue and saturation then seen on screen to variances in monitor settings beyond our control.
All images shown are horizontal. Due to the nature of the image and personal taste some may also be hung vertical. The artist has one in studio office that he periodically switches. He has not yet decided how he like it best.
All images ship without mat or frame. They will be delivered UPS in tube containers.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Refunds and cancellations are acceptable prior to shipping. There will be a $30 charge to the customer for printing and restocking fees. Returns will be accepted on the condition that the image has not been damaged. There will be the $30 fee to the customer for printing and restocking. Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
